Benicio has apparently signed on to play Jack Garcia
in Making Jack Falcone. Peter Buchman wrote the script
and Steven Soderbergh, Michael Shamberg, Stacey Sher
and John Henson are said to be producing the film.
No director is associated with the project as of yet.

Here are new photos of Benicio starring
in the Magnum Ice Cream commercial.
The commercial was shot in Los Angeles
and will be presented in Barcelona on April 8th next.
Benicio will attend the presentation in Barcelona.
There is a contest on the Slovenian website
and the Hungarian website of Magnum Ice Cream
to win a 3-day trip to Barcelona to meet Benicio.
