There are a couple of alternate endings

on the new The Wolfman DVD / Blu-ray.

Both versions offer a choice between the long theatrical cut

and the even longer unrated director's cut, with 16 minutes

and 40 seconds added.  Most of it graphic gore.

 

The DVD extras are limited to deleted and extended scenes.

The Blu-ray, which includes an unrated digital copy, has

extensive bonus materials (some accessed through the internet).
